🤷🏻‍♀️❤️WHO DO I WANT TO INSPIRE?❤️🤷🏻‍♀️

I was asked that question the other day, and it really got me thinking. Truth is, I would love to inspire everyone to take their health and wellness more serious. If I had to pick one group, it would be young women. Young women who are just beginning their journey into life with a family. All too often these women are so excited about this new commitment of taking care of other human beings, that they lose focus on their own well-being. I know firsthand, I’ve been there. The crazy business of everyday life… work, school, homework, extracurricular activities, baths, dinner and the list could go on and on. When you are young, you think to yourself, “I got this!” 🔥💪🏼 Then, next thing you know, you blink and your 40 years old and your health is out of control. You ask yourself “when and how did this happen?” You’re struggling with your energy, your weight and your overall health. So now you decide you want to do something about it, trust me it’s not an easy task. You’re busting your butt, trying to reprogram your eating habits, your belief in yourself, your physical abilities, a wicked negative mindset, while fighting through aches and pains, in an intense effort to regain something that you lost.🙋🏻‍♀️That’s my Story!!! So if I could inspire these young women to learn to balance their family lives without putting their own well-being on the back burner, I would say mission accomplished. It is so much easier to maintain something than to completely transform it! ❤️🔥💪🏼

I also would like to continue to inspire the middle-aged women like me who didn’t learn this lesson and are now looking in the mirror saying “When and How did this happen?” I am living proof, that you can accomplish anything that you put your mind to. I was that women who saw transformations and wouldn’t be inspired, instead, I would get pissed off with jealousy because I thought that could never be me.😭 I would say things like “I could never do that”, “something is wrong with my metabolism “, “my body hurts to bad to exercise “, “I’m too tired”, “I’m too busy”, “I’m too old to change”, i used every excuse in the book, until one day I just decided enough is enough!!! This quote describes that moment to a T…”It’s a pivotal moment when you finally get tired of your own shit.” 🔥❤️🙏🏼
As Women we need to stop devaluing ourselves and start believing that we are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for! Stop letting those “stories” and “excuses” in your head dictate how you will live your life!! I finally realized that “I AM THE CREATOR OF MY STORY” and I didn’t want the rest of my pages to be about me physically and emotionally struggling to keep my head above water, I want my story to end with me living a fulfilled and vibrant life. 🙏🏼❤️💪🏼🔥
