Zander has been an active athlete throughout his young adult life. He has played hockey, lacrosse, and many other sports. Over the years he has struggled with weight and his overall health. Zander has been a family friend and one of my favorite Captains in hockey. I believed in him as a leader and watched his leadership skills developed. After he graduated, I offered to train him in the gym. He always gave his best during a training session, however, the weight of an additional 40 lbs made many of his workouts very challenging. In spite of his training program, his weight and body composition cycled up and down.

What changed for Zander?

Zander recognized that his eating habits did not support the goals that he wanted to accomplish. An addiction to sugar was clearly one challenge to overcome. Poor timing of meals and not always the best choices were other challenges.
After implementing the Isagenix full program of nutritional cleansing and replenishing, Zander’s body and visceral fat began to diminish while a new body composition began to appear. Zander today has maintained his ideal weight, and now we can take his training to the next level. He is ready now to focus his athletic performance with products, whole foods and nutrient timing that will bring him to the next level.
